Q. We bill metered and flat rate charges. Can WaterWorks do this?
A. Certainly.

Q. We are a very small water office. Will WaterWorks work for us and can we afford it?
A. Yes, definitely. We specialize in smaller rural offices. Our customers have generally 3,000 connections or less. With smaller offices in mind we are priced accordingly. Call us to discuss pricing, discounts to smaller offices, or payment plans.
Q. What training will I receive, and what can I expect for support?
A. Training & installation is generally done by phone. We have found this method to be very successful. You are trained on the features as you come to them in a normal business month. The first 6 months are free, and we are available for unlimited phone support to walk you through each step of the billing cycle. After the 6 month training period, support is provided by an annual maintenance contract. This covers unlimited telephone support and all updates to the program.
Q. Can you convert my data from another billing program?
A. Many times we can. A back up of your current file sent to us will answer that question. Any charge for conversion will depend on the time and difficulty involved. Over the years we have learned that some software vendors deliberately encrypt your data to make it "unfriendly" for conversion. We do not. Our philosophy is that you own your data, not your software company.
